Serving a fun lineup of libations, rum lovers can head to the bar for innovative concoctions created by Bar Director Ben Potts. For the “holiday,” Beaker & Gray has partnered with Papa’s Pilar and Miami Rum Club to create signature one-day-only cocktails. The specialty cocktails to make you feel like you’re on vacation include How Mama Met Papa ($11) with Papa’s Pilar Blonde, pear brandy, FOS, cinnamon, lime, grapefruit and soda; and @ The Discotheque ($11) made with Miami Club rum, Montenegro, cinnamon, ginger, pineapple, lemon and cherry bark vanilla bitters. Cocktail menu favorites featuring rum at Beaker & Gray include Fhloston Paradise ($12) made with Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum, Rhum JM Blanc, coconut and mint; Un Poquito Maduro ($14) with Bacardi Carta Blanca, Bacardi Cuatro, maduro, pineapple and Cafecito bitters; Woke-A-Cola ($14) with Santa Teresa 1796, Banks 7 Golden Age, Amaro di Angostura, house cola syrup and blackstrap bitters; and Mai Tai Fighter ($13) with Miami Club Rum, Smith & Cross, chai and acid-adjusted pineapple.
