Smoke’d Barbecue Launches at The Lincoln Eatery with Kosher July 4th Celebration

The Lincoln Eatery is thrilled to announce the newest addition to the modern food hall’s mix of culinary concepts – Smoke’d. Helmed by Pitmaster Chef B from Southern Heat Catering, the new burger and barbecue concept will be the only kosher smokehouse establishment in Miami Beach.

On July 4th, 2019, Smoke’d will celebrate its grand opening with a barbecue on the patio of The Lincoln Eatery, offering kosher hot dogs, burgers, fries and beverages for those looking for an All-American meal on our nation’s birthday.

Chef B’s new concept Smoke’d is focused around homestyle cooking, quality ingredients and a versatile menu inspired by Southern tradition.

“The opening of Smoke’d will put Miami Beach on the BBQ kosher meat map!” explains Chef B. “For exceptional barbecue, it’s all about cooking low and slow. Good barbecue has just enough smoke to create richness without overpowering the natural flavors produced by slow cooking the meat.” Chef B “The opening of Smoke’d will put Miami Beach on the BBQ kosher meat map!” explains Chef B. “For exceptional barbecue, it’s all about cooking low and slow. Inspired by traditional smokehouses, this new kosher concept will showcase Smoked Brisket ($27.95) which has been smoked for up to 18 hours and ribs smoked from five to eight hours. All Smoke’d kosher meats are quality cut and prepared with a special rub comprised of a flavorful combination of herbs and spices. Also on the menu is Pitmaster Sausage ($18.95), featuring three kinds of house-smoked sausages, the Texas Style Half Chicken ($17.95) and a variety of burgers including the Smoke’d House Burger ($9.95), the Bacon Burger ($16.95) and the Vegan Beyond Burger ($9.95), all served on locally-baked brioche and pretzel buns. For those who prefer something fried, Smoke’d serves Buffalo Wings ($9.95), Jerk Chicken Wings ($9.95), 10-piece Fire Poppers ($12.99) and a three piece Fried Chicken ($11.95) platter.

Smoke’d will also feature a slew of side offerings including homemade Cornbread ($2.95), sweet potato and traditional Fries ($4.95) and Signature Coleslaw ($2.95)

To build out the Smoke’d stall at The Lincoln Eatery, Chef B and his team used reclaimed wood from houses up to 100-years old to evoke the look and feel of a traditional smokehouse within the confines of a modern day food hall.
