For buyers, I enjoy the hunt and finding my clients their ideal dream home. It keeps me hungry and offers a lot of personal reward, especially with first-time home buyers. When I’m hired by sellers, I love the negotiation process. I use everything at my disposal to leverage my clients into a profitable position. I also love marketing their home and developing creative campaigns so their home stands out from the rest.

What market is still hot right now?

Our beautiful city remains a hot market, as it continues to be a global attraction nationally and internationally. Last year alone, a record-breaking 57 companies relocated or opened offices in South Florida — companies like Citadel, Blockchain.com and Microsoft, to name a few. As Miami remains high on the radar for several companies still looking to relocate, I am genuinely convinced commercial and residential acquisitions are positioned for solid ROI (return on investment) growth.
