Chick-fil-A Kendall is locally owned and operated by Justin Lindsey. A Florida native, Lindsey has fond memories of enjoying Chick-fil-A with his family at Oaks Mall in Gainesville, Fla. Inspired by the restaurant’s welcoming environment, Lindsey applied to become a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Oaks Mall and was mentored by the restaurant’s Operator, who prepared him to apply to open his own Chick-fil-A restaurant.
With a passion for entrepreneurship, Lindsey started several business ventures as a student at the University of Florida. During this time, he developed valuable business and leadership skills that contributed to his success as the franchised Operator of Chick-fil-A Dadeland Mall in Miami. After serving the Miami community for ten years, Lindsey is excited to open his new restaurant and continue building relationships with Team Members and guests as the Operator of Chick-fil-A Kendall.
“Alongside my family, I am thrilled to continue serving the Miami community through our new restaurant, Chick-fil-A Kendall,” Lindsey said. “We look forward to serving great-tasting food and creating a positive, welcoming environment for all of our guests.”
With a longstanding tradition in the restaurant industry for setting high standards in customer service, Chick-fil-A earned recognition for providing the “best fast food customer service in America” according to America’s Best Customer Service 2020 report by Newsweek, among other honors.
