What’s a silver lining to the coronavirus pandemic?

Despite the tragedy of coronavirus, it’s been very healthy for the local real estate industry. The migration of people from other parts of the United States, record low interest rates, our tax basis, beaches, cultural melting pot, and the fact that we provide more “bang for your buck” than most other prominent cities has truly made us extremely desirable.

State of the market:

Lack of inventory

What keeps you motivated?

Every transaction is a new challenge. All properties have their pros and cons, all buyers have their needs and wants, the challenge is the motivating factor … Being able to help a client meet and exceed their goals is truly gratifying, especially when you help them see things from another perspective that adds value.

What do you enjoy most about the industry?

There are so many facets of this industry to love. I not only do a high volume of real estate transactions, I also serve as a governor for the Miami Board of Realtors, a director at the state level for Florida Realtors, and I’m a member of the Master Broker’s Forum. Being involved in my industry not only gives me advance notice on the ever-changing market trends and technology, it also helps me to meet and create relationships for future business or investments that will help my clients.
