Living ‘La Dolce Vita’ at Toscana Divino

Toscana Divino, situated in the core of Mary Brickell Village, has propelled a legitimate Italian “Piazza” for in the open air eating in downtown Miami. After a yearlong remodel, the new yard structured by Italian planner Fulvio Rottigni, includes more than 2,000 sq. ft., of exquisite open air space. Visitors can appreciate a work of art and phenomenal high end food experience outside, just as a vivacious parlor environment joined by unrecorded music on the ends of the week.

In festivity of the updated yard, Toscana Divino has discharged another bar menu highlighting claim to fame mixed drinks and a determination of uncommon tapas-style dishes with day by day party time specials from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., including $3 – $5 brews, $6 – $9 wines (shining, rosé, white and red) and $8 custom mixed drinks.

Executed by Chef Andrea Marchesin, the new bar menu incorporates champion things, for example, the Bruschetta Burrata Truffle, three bits of bruschetta with burrata beat with dark truffle; Salmon Burger served on entire wheat bread with tartar sauce, tomato, romaine and cured cucumber; Foie Gras on dish brioche, presented with onion jelly and pear compote; Piadina Italiana, prosciutto crudo, stracciatella and arugula; Gnocchetti di Ricotta with bresaola and arugula; Salmon Cheesecake on skillet brioche with sharp goat cheddar bested with caviar; and Tuna Tartare with custom made ponzu sauce and lemon verbena. Those hoping to hoist their parlor experience can arrange Caviar Service, which incorporates a 50 gram tin of Calvisius Tradition caviar presented with blini and crème fraîche.

New high quality mixed drinks incorporate the Smoked Negroni, Campari, La Copa vermouth, Tanqueray and applewood smoke; Scorpione Fuoco, Cazadores Tequila, jalapeño, crisp pressed citrus juice and grapefruit; The Italian Sip, Italicus Bergamotto Liqueur, Canel Prosecco, thyme concentrate and blue cheddar olives; Mojito de Milan Bacardi Light Rum, Campari, tangerine puree, mint and new crushed citrus juice; Vuelve a La Vida Sour, Gracias a Dios Mezcal, blood orange alcohol, new crushed citrus squeeze and egg whites; and Espresso a Mezzanotte, Captain Morgan Rum, Kahlua and basic syrup.
