Our Community is Also Our Family

Over twenty-five years ago, my brother, Brett Panter, and I set out to make a childhood dream come true and founded Panter, Panter, and Sampedro, a personal injury law firm in Pinecrest, along with our partner David Sampedro. Our goal was, and remains, not only to represent individuals that were injured due to the negligence of others, but to also be highly involved in the Pinecrest community as a whole.

Because we’ve been able to evolve without sacrificing quality, we have also been able to utilize our success as a firm to give back both in time and monetarily to the community that we have lived and worked in for so long. We truly view our community as an extension of our family.

Our community involvement has been unwavering from the start. Brett and I were actively involved in the inception of the Village of Pinecrest as well as founding members of the Pinecrest Business Association (PBA). Through these organizations, we have been able to build out additional programs to provide resources and support for many youth in the community.

Our active philanthropy includes scholarships, donations, sponsorships, educational outreach efforts, and volunteerism. We have been a consistent sponsor of the Orange Bowl Youth Football Alliance year after year, where we have been integral in the college scholarship award program to a deserving high school athlete. In addition, our firm has also donated to several local athletic programs including football, baseball, and cheerleading organizations.

We simply love being out and about in our neighborhoods! Each year we proudly sponsor the Village of Pinecrest’s annual Halloween “Track or Treat” event at Evelyn Greer Park, which is a family-friendly and safe Halloween alternative to neighborhood trick-or-treating. This year we are also sponsoring the Village of Palmetto Bay’s Annual Picnic. We plan our annual calendar around attending events like these where we can connect with old friends and meet new ones.

Aside from the sports and family events in our community that we sponsor, we are particularly committed to nurturing students. Members of our firm have volunteered at elementary, middle and high schools for Law Day, Career Day, mock trial programs, We the People Legal Studies, Carnival, and many other educational programs. For the last several years, the practice also endowed college scholarships to high school and law students through the Pinecrest Business Association and South Miami/Kendall Bar Association.

The ideal of community service is one that our firm hopes to pass on to future generations, and we will continue to be here as a dedicated advocate for our clients, and strong presence in our community for years to come. Thank you for being a part of our family.
