“On our Reminiscence floors, which are home to our memory care residents, our Life Enrichment Managers practice validation techniques and are certified in the essentiALZ program of the Alzheimer’s Association, to deliver exceptional support to our memory care residents,” says del Pino. “Our focus is always on our residents and working with them individually to provide the best care for their unique needs and preferences.”
