The Largest St. Patrick’s Day Festival in Miami
Moves to New Location

Celebrate Irish Culture with Music, Dance, Food and Crafts on Saturday, March 11th from Noon to 6 pm

The St. Patrick’s Day Committee, Inc. brings Miami-Dade the largest St. Patrick’s Festival on Saturday, March 11th from noon to 6 pm at a new address — 11919 SW 56 Street (German American Social Club). There will be bagpipers, Irish music and bands, Irish dancers, food, a variety of crafts, a giant slide and loads of fun. It is free and open to the public. There is no admission charge.

The 41st Annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival will feature a host of entertainers for all ages including Wide Awake, a U2 Tribute band, and the St. Andrews Pipe and Drum Band. Our DJ will keep everyone going during the interludes. A representative from the newly based Consulate of Ireland in Miami will be introduced as well as other public officials. In addition, Irish dancers from the Breffni Academy of Dance, led by Michael O’Hara, will provide plenty of fancy stepping and gravity-defying leaps. The young lassie participants of The Miss Colleen Pageant will be showcased on stage. For families with children, they can enjoy the giant slide and rock-climbing wall for free.

Holding to the belief that “Everyone is a little bit Irish on St. Patrick’s Day,” The St. Patrick’s Day Committee, Inc. has combined family-oriented entertainment and a variety of palate-pleasing delectables such as traditional corned beef & cabbage, shepherd’s pie, Irish soda bread, and whiskey cakes as well as a wide array of spirits and other beverages. A wide variety of Irish crafts and unique Celtic memorabilia will be available for sale by high quality vendors.

For 41 years, the St. Patrick’s Day Committee, Inc. has organized a St. Patrick’s Day Parade or Festival. The event is produced by the St. Patrick’s Day Committee Inc. with the support of our Overarching Sponsor: Williamson Cadillac and Buick/GMC; the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, the Cultural Affairs Council, the Miami-Dade County Mayor and the Board of County Commissioners.
