Water drainage issues can start small-but they can turn into quite a big problem if not handled quickly and properly. Keep an eye out for signs your commercial property has a water drainage problem to avoid water damage. If your property has any signs of water damage, it might mean you need to look into some foundation drainage solutions to prevent further damage. Let’s look at what those signs are.

Calcium Deposits

Calcium deposits show up stuck on the outside of a building and look like white flakes. These deposits are a sign that standing water has been or is against the building.

Bad Odor

An unusual musty smell inside or outside of the building, such as a rotten odor or mildew smell, is a possible sign of a drainage problem.
