What’s a silver lining to the pandemic?

The Miami market has boomed with buyers in all price ranges, flocking to our area to relocate from other states and around the world to buy homes with no state income tax, excellent health care, mild sunny climate and homes to buy in all price ranges.

What neighborhoods are trending right now?

Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami and the Old Cutler corridor … everywhere! We have lots of buyers calling and we need more homes to sell. With historically low interest rates — and more buyers than homes to buy — it’s the hottest seller’s market that I can remember!

What keeps you motivated?

The overwhelming satisfaction I feel when I put my heart and soul into professionally staging a home for my sellers, and I know it not only sold for its highest potential value, but I know it’s also a good value for the buyers.

Work philosophy:

Be honest and lead by example. I’m never too busy to help a client or fellow Realtor!

What do you enjoy most about the industry?

Surpassing my client’s expectations and being rewarded with a beautiful testimonial letter and referrals.
