PAMM’s Waterfront Eatery Launches New Menu Items for Summer
Summer in Miami means cool and refreshing activities. Verde is adding themselves to this year’s must-do list with new menu items perfect for the season. Nestled in the Pérez Art Museum Miami, Verde is the perfect eatery to enjoy light, flavorful dishes and cocktails while taking in waterfront views of Biscayne Bay. Available now through the end of the season, Verde’s new menu items feature fresh, seasonal ingredients that stay true to the vibrancy of summer in Miami.
New menu offerings include Burrata ($15) with grilled peaches, chorizo and Thai basil; Heirloom Tomatoes ($14) with kale pesto and summer beans; Prosciutto Pizza ($18) with peaches, saba and goat cheese; and Salmon ($27) with farro, corn and summer beans.
It wouldn’t be summer without a tropical drink to compliment the meal. Guests can try the Miami Rum Runner ($13 glass/$65 pitcher) made with rum, orange, pineapple, blackberry, and orgeat syrup for a rich, almond flavor; Charred Pineapple Mojito ($14) Flor de Caña 7 year, charred pineapple, lime, and mint; or a Tequila Sunset ($13 glass/$65 pitcher), Sauza Silver tequila, orange juice, blood orange and grenadine.
