Puppy Spot Making First Wounded Warrior Placement Nationwide in Miami

PuppySpot, a service committed to helping responsible breeders place their puppies with caring individuals and families in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Dallas, and across the U.S., to make its first Wounded Warrior puppy placement with a Miami, Florida veteran.

Warrior William Weaver II spent 12 years in the military and comes from a long lineage of military service members dating back to the Civil War. He was stationed throughout the United States until his final discharge from military service in 2012. William’s referral to the Wounded Warrior program came from his social worker, Masha Andreoni, from the Miami Veterans Administration Hospital, where he has  been receiving treatment from injuries sustained from deployment from Iraq, as well as twelve years of military service.

William currently has a 12-year-old Doberman Pinscher at home but has not had a puppy in a long time. In honor of Be Kind to Animals Week and National Pet Week,PuppySpot is placing Misty, a three-month-old Doberman Pinscher female, with him Monday, May 6th. William is excited to have the energy of a puppy in his home and stated it will be very therapeutic to train her and get into a regiment.
