Details: The museum’s largest fundraiser of the year will celebrate its one year anniversary in Downtown Miami’s Museum Park. Immerse yourself in a world of enchanting visions as we explore the mesmerizing power of light in a late-night setting. During this roving party, you’ll experience exquisite delicacies, innovative cocktails, dazzling performances and unforgettable science. Proceeds from the 2nd Annual Celebration of Science: The Power of Light will support the museum’s exhibitions and programs.

Frost Science will recognize Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Giménez with the 2018 Visionary Award. The award recognizes and celebrates a commitment to the community through visionary leadership that enhances scientific, technological and/or educational excellence.

Join us for an invitation-only cocktail hour featuring a special presentation of the Frost Science 2018 Visionary Award to honoree Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Giménez. Then, experience Frost Science in a new light while enjoying interactive displays of science, live animal encounters, culinary delights and surprise entertainment. Finally, the party continues in a late-night lounge setting with a one-of-a-kind laser light show, music and sweet treats.
