Why did you choose a career in real estate?

It’s an ideal career path for me because it combines my love for helping others find their dream home and passion for interior design, architecture and marketing.

What are you most proud of professionally and personally?

Professionally, I’m proud of my team and our top-notch service to each of our clients. Personally, my family. I have the most wonderful supportive family. 

How would you describe your business?

We are a boutique real estate team that’s focused on our clients’ needs. As a one-stop shop, I believe in servicing our client, whether they’re buying or selling their home, looking for a business opportunity or investment.

What industry trends do you predict for 2022?

We are going up in a seller’s market! The fact that we don’t have state taxes is attracting companies and new residents from other states, some of which have higher real estate prices. These new residents find Florida more affordable and attractive because it also offers the perfect weather. For this reason, they don’t mind paying what current residents believe is a high price; for them it is an amazing deal.

What are the hottest neighborhoods to invest in right now?

Everywhere, but Coral Gables, Pinecrest and Coconut Grove are super popular because of the schools, and I think there’s a lot of room for growth.
