The Ultimate Fall Favorite: Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Whether you’re hosting the fete or just a happy guest, this super simple, loved-by-everyone fall dessert is the ultimate in easy entertaining. You won’t even need to break out the mixer!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins
Makes about 36 mini muffins


  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (a heaping cup is fine)
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups white sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ½ bag of mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  1. Whisk together flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk together all other ingredients in a big bowl. Add flour mixture and mix until combined.
  3. Add chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes (for mini-muffins).
