DUNE Revamps Sunday Brunch

DUNE, Fort Lauderdale’s beachside restaurant located at Auberge Beach Residences & Spa, has expanded its popular sea-inspired brunch with bottomless wine, endless sangria and tons of grilled favorites prepared by Executive Chef Edgar Beas. Boasting a California-cool vibe, live entertainment and unforgettable coastal cuisine, guests can dine inside the light-filled dining room, or al fresco on the terrace overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. 

The a la carte brunch – served every Sunday from 11AM to 3PM – now features all you can sip Joe Wagner wines including Pinot Noir Blanc Rose, Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir, Dairyman Pinot Noir and Las Alturas Pinot Noir for an added $28 per person; endless Sangria as well as free-flowing creations from the Bloody Mary bar are available at an additional$24 per person. 

Brunch-goers can taste new plates such as Chef Edgar’s chilled Truffled Deviled Eggs with trout roe and chives; Croque Madame Cubano, a Cuban take on the classic Croque Monsieur with roasted pork, ham, gruyere, Dijon bechamel served with an egg sunny side up, and Breakfast Tacos with tomatillo salsa, pico de gallo, and avocado crema. 

The new A Las Brasas section is perfect for sharing and offers a mix of grilled favorites served on miniature konra grills. Specialties include The Beach Grill featuring fresh scallops, wild shrimp, petite filet, and lamb chop sauced with corn crema, drawn butter, chimichurri, and salbitxada; while The Boardwalk Grill presents hunks of lobster, King crab, yellowfin tuna, skirt steak, chistorra, and lamb chop sauced with romesco, nduja butter, caviar beurre blanc, and horseradish bordelaise.  

Signatures DUNE items remain on the menu including the popular Maine Lobster Avocado Toast with heirloom tomato salad and a generous serving of Maine Lobster; Blue Crab & Artichoke Dip with grilled bread; Huevos Rancheros with Chorizo Casero, cilantro, Oaxaca cheese, black beans, eggs over easy; Double Cheeseburger, topped with white cheddar, slab bacon and pickled onions (with the option to add a fried egg or crab Oscar); and Prime Skirt Steak with yucca frites, creamy mojo and cippolini jus, among others. 

Brunch is offered every Sunday from 11AM – 3PM and features live music by rotating local artists.  

DUNE is located at 2200 North Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Dinner is served daily from 5PM – 10PM with Happy Hour taking place Sunday through Thursday from 4PM – 7PM.
