Shinju Japanese Buffet: The Finest and Freshest Sushi and Seafood Buffet in Miami

Feeling hungry? Head on over to Shinju for an all you can eat meal that will leave you satisfied for days. With the freshest, highest quality offerings, Shinju boasts an extensive selection of food including sushi, Japanese hibachi style food, a raw bar, and a Chinese buffet. The restaurant has been located in Miami for over 18 years and its owners have been in the restaurant business for over 35 years.

If you’re a sushi lover, Shinju will tempt your palette with 60-80 different types of sushi, including rolls and sashimi. The selection varies from all types of veggie rolls, to fried rolls, to the traditional rolls with the freshest raw fish. For those who prefer cooked rolls, shrimp tempura rolls and California rolls are always included, among others.

Sushi is only one part of the buffet, however. Catering to any taste, other options are offered as well. Try the seafood selection including shrimp cocktail, raw clams and oysters, and fresh snow crab legs. Various salads including conch salad, seaweed salad, and traditional fresh tossed salad are also welcomed sides. Dressings and dipping sauces are all homemade.

Don’t fill up on the cold buffet, though, because the hot selections are delicious as well. Select from freshly made hibachi style steak, shrimp or chicken, or head on over to the hot buffet. This side of the buffet includes fresh tempura, Chinese style spare ribs, chicken wings, General Tso’s Chicken, vegetables, dumplings, spring rolls, fried rice, lo mein, and more. If you manage to save any room for dessert, enjoy fresh fruit, a chocolate fountain with dipping options, a selection of ice cream flavors, cake, and rice pudding.

Guests of Shinju can rest assured that their food is always fresh. “Because we are so busy, fresh food is cooked and changed out and restocked constantly throughout the day,” says owner Mama Linda. Not only does Shinju offer great food, but their prices are even better. For all of this food, weekday lunches are $11.95 and weekend lunches are $12.95. For dinner Monday – Thursday, enjoy the buffet for $18.95, and $20.95 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Senior Citizens receive a $2 discount on dinner. Kids 3 and under eat free and kids 10 and under can enjoy lunch for $6.95 and dinner for $8.95. If you’re ever in other parts of South Florida, check out Shinju’s sister locations in Davie, Pembroke Pines, Coral Sprints, and Boca Raton.
