The Predictability of Lightning and Cosmetic Surgery Safety

One of the interesting facts about our city is that it has one of the most electrically active atmospheres in the world. And I’m not talking about the nightlife.

It’s really important that anyone considering cosmetic surgery vets their surgeon beforehand to make sure they’re getting a safe and legal surgery.
