Richman Signature Properties Partners with Laurel & Wolf to Rewrite Rules of Interior Design in Luxury Rentals

Interior design and rentals don’t often mix well. Landlords don’t want to dress the place too nicely in case tenants take it for granted and tenants reluctantly put their spin on their home because they know they’ll have to leave some day. Of course, the renters can use sites like Easy Home Concepts for inspiration so they’re not living in a drab home, but even then it can be tough to decide what to put into the home and what to leave for the forever home. However, the rules of interior design for rental living are being reimagined thanks to a new partnership between Richman Signature Properties, a leader in luxury rental communities, and nationally lauded online interior design service Laurel & Wolf. The collaboration, which launched this summer, provides access to a professional team of certified designers, expert insights on interior design trends and a collection of on-trend paint colors selected exclusively for Richman Signature Properties’ luxury rental communities to help residents create one-of-a-kind living spaces.

Upon moving into one of its luxury communities, residents of Richman Signature Properties may choose one of three special move-in gifts to Live Easier, Live Healthier or Live Prettier. When a new resident chooses to Live Prettier, he or she will receive a complimentary Laurel & Wolf Signature Design Package, which is customized to complement residents’ individual tastes, lifestyle and budget. Laurel & Wolf’s design service allows residents to work one-on-one with a designer entirely online leading to a Final Design Package, which includes a complete shopping list, floor plan, personalized style board and set up instructions.

Other move-in gifts available to new residents through Richman Signature Properties’ curated collection of lifestyle partners include a complimentary one-year membership to Shipt to Live Easier, and complimentary Fitbit Flex to Live Healthier.

“A residence is not a home until you put your signature touch on it, and Richman Signature Properties wants to make sure we’re empowering our residents to do just that,” said Kristen Gucwa, Vice President of Marketing, Richman Signature Properties. “Through our partnerships with like-minded brands like Laurel & Wolf, we’re giving residents the freedom to explore their individuality and help us reimagine rental living.”

Gone are the days when design and décor choices are restricted due to the perceived transient nature of rental living. Adding a pop of color to your walls, once off-limits, is something Richman Signature Properties not only permits, but assists. For a nominal fee, residents may choose from six paint colors specially curated by Laurel & Wolf – Aquaverde, Oyster Bay, Leisure Blue, Downing Sand, Turkish Coffee and Cocoon – to personalize their homes.

“The spaces we live and work in have extraordinary influence over how we think, act, and feel,” said Leura Fine, CEO and Founder of Laurel & Wolf. “We are excited about our collaboration with Richman Signature Properties. It not only marks our first partnership within the commercial luxury rental space, but also, we are thrilled to work with a brand who shares our mission to rethink conventional norms and create personalized experiences with the transformative power of great design.”

Currently, Richman Signature Properties has three communities open in Florida: The Sedona at Westchase, Tampa; The Epic at Gateway Centre, St. Petersburg; and Palm Ranch, Davie. Slated to open this year are Grady Square and Aurora in the Greater Tampa Bay area, Portico and Azura in South Florida, and Parc at White Rock in Dallas. Additional upcoming properties include The Infinity LoHi in Denver, Sage at Cerritos in the Los Angeles Area, Library Tower and F11 in San Diego, and Biscayne 27 in Miami.
